Bad Muskau - in the park 2

I appreciate, this is the first time you´ve heard from a place with the name Bad Muskau.
You won´t find it on the big touristic trails.

This lovely place is situated in the eastern part of Germany, close to the Polish border.

In fact, the border runs right through the amazing park which belongs to the castle of the famous Fürst Pückler.

All you have to do, is to cross a bridge - and you´ve crossed the border as well. But see for yourself...

This is a series of pictures of Bad Muskau taken during a wonderful visit last summer.

The renovation of the castle and the revitalisation of the park is a Polish-German joint venture.
